About
Who makes Behold
Behold is made by Shay House, our family’s name for the things we make.
We’re a husband and wife, and the first Christians in each of our families. We were baptized together in 2017 and read the Bible together every night. We kept finding stories we’d forgotten, and details we’d never noticed.
One of us loves games, and the other doesn’t play them at all. When we went looking for a Bible game worth playing, we found trivia and word puzzles full of ads. So we started making one that works for both of us: a game that asks you to look closely at a passage until you understand what happened.
We make it for people who are seeking God, for Christians who want to know the Bible more closely, and for our son, when he’s old enough to play.
How it’s made
Every case is a real passage of the Bible. Its pictures are made with AI from written scene briefs, then checked against the passage. Everything you read in a case is in the game’s own words, and the reveal shows the passage itself, in the NIV.
Behold is free, with no ads and no accounts, and it collects nothing that says who you are.
